HOW TO BOOK?
You can do it through the reservation form here on the website, through the email: info@blooboatcharter.pt calling 962 421 405, or through any social network (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter).
WHAT ADVANCE SHOULD I BOOK?
It is desirable to make the reservation at least 2 days in advance. But you can always do it, even on the same day, questioning availability.
BOARDING / LANDING PLACE?
It is always done at Bom Sucesso dock, when in Lisbon. However, it can be done elsewhere with prior consultation. They must be in place about 15 minutes before departure. In the rest of the country, the location will be agreed in advance.
HOW TO MAKE PAYMENT?
By bank transfer, credit card, Pay-Pal or cash.
IS IT POSSIBLE TO CANCEL THE RESERVATION?
Yes. The refund of the amounts paid will be defined according to the date of cancellation taking into account the date of the tour:
- Up to 30 days before: 80% refund;
- From 29 to 16 days before: 65% refund;
- From 15 to 8 days: 50% refund;
- 7 days or less: no refund.
WHAT SHOULD I DRESS?
Essentially comfortable clothes and shoes. In the cooler season a warm sweater and in the hot season do not forget the sunscreen, hat.
ARE BATHS ALLOWED?
Not on the river, but on the sea, so if that's what you want, you can rent a private tour.
ARE ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES ALLOWED?
Yes, moderately, with some on board for consumption. Bloo Boat Charter reserves the right not to allow visibly drunk people to enter.
CAN I TAKE FOOD?
Yes. Some snacks and drinks are offered on board.
ARE THERE OFFICIAL GUIDES? WHICH LANGUAGES ARE SPOKEN?
Our skippers and sailors are not official guides. However, they are able to transmit information about the area, monuments and curiosities. The languages spoken can be English, Portuguese, French and Spanish. We can, if you wish, provide an official guide on request.
